What you see
Effort, not answers
The line Sikai draws, and the reason a child will still use it honestly knowing you can see it.
You can see
1Whether each child has practised today, and the seven days behind it.
2What they finished — topics completed and badges earned, as they happen.
3The one topic they are furthest from finishing, so ten minutes at home lands somewhere useful.
You cannot see
1Their answers. Not which questions they got wrong, not what they typed.
2Their PIN. If they forget it, it is reissued — never looked up.
3What they asked the AI tutor. You see that a question was asked and what it cost, never the conversation.
Getting your child on
Two ways in, and you can use both at once
1Their school already set them up. Link that account to yours and follow their progress without changing anything about how they use it in class.
2Add a child yourself. Pick their grade — grade 1 to grade 10 — and they get their own username and four digits. No school needed.
3Siblings share a phone. Each child signs in with their own four digits and keeps their own streak, progress and badges.

AI tutor credits
The only thing we charge for
When a child is stuck, they can ask a tutor for a hint in their own words. Each question spends one credit from your family wallet. Your account starts with enough for a fortnight, and nothing stops working when they run out.
A child is never shown a price. If the wallet is empty the tutor simply says to ask at home — there is no button in the app that spends your money, and nothing a child can be sold.
What Sikai will not do
One message a week, and nothing in between
1No daily nagging. One SMS on Sunday with the week's summary. The app never pushes your child to come back.
2No adverts, and nothing to sell your child. There is no shop a child can spend real money in — coins they earn buy hats for their avatar, and that is all.
3No video. Lessons are text and diagrams the phone draws itself, so a screen costs about as much data as a text message.
